Requirements
- Strong desire for financial success.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Ability to build relationships and identify centers of influence.
- Effective communication and people skills with a positive, winning attitude
- Must Obtain Property & Casualty insurance license as part of a hiring agreement.
- Minimum 5 years prior business to business sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective Business to Business clients and present commercial insurance proposals to attract new customers.
- Develop and implement an acquisition plan in conjunction with the agency management to achieve personal and company goals.
- Monitor progress against goals at regular intervals so that adjustments can be made, and goals can be achieved.
- Deepen relationships with existing agency clients and develop opportunities for additional product sales.
- Adhere to all agency guidelines and business procedures and work effectively with other agency personnel.
