Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Requirements

Insurance License: Property & Casualty

Experience: Proven customer service experience within commercial lines property & casualty.

Technical Skills: Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office Software.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Organization: Highly organized with a keen ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client management.

Teamwork: Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Education: A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Flexibility: Must be open to occasionally assisting in other areas as needed to drive overall departmental success.

Responsibilities

Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.

Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.

Issue insurance documentation, update client information, and assist with payments.

Educate and advise clients.

Process customer policy change requests.

Handle incoming claim calls from customers.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
