As our new Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Employee Benefits Team and ensuring smooth operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our dynamic team.

At Knight Insurance Services, we value collaboration, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. In this role, you will assist the EMPLOYEE BENEFITS Team with various tasks, including data entry, electronic filing, Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and managing correspondence. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial to maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficiency in our day-to-day operations.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements

Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), AMS360 or other agency management systems is a plus but not required.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required!

Responsibilities

Assistance: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Data Entry: Accurately enter data into various systems and maintain organized records.

Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.

Filing and Organization: Maintain and organize digital files.
