The Service Advisor will act as the liaison between the customers and the technicians to assess customer needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure that services are completed on time. • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role in an automotive environment is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license.

• Greet customers and assess their service needs, making recommendations based on their vehicle's condition and manufacturer guidelines.

• Provide customers with accurate repair and maintenance estimates.

• Communicate effectively with customers about the status of their vehicles.

• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow.

• Coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.

• Prepare and maintain records of customer transactions, service history, and warranty information.

• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and work to resolve them in a timely manner.

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and service specials to provide the best options to customers.

• Ensure that the service department is operating in compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards.
