We’re looking for a driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our fast-growing, award-winning team. In this hybrid position, you'll help clients protect what matters most by selling tailored insurance solutions, primarily in homeowners, auto, and life insurance. With a steady stream of inbound leads, strong team support, and unlimited earning potential, this is the ideal role for a self-starter ready to succeed.

Requirements
  • Active insurance license (Property & Casualty or Life)
  • Coachable with a strong willingness to learn
  • Self-sufficient and able to manage your own workflow
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for helping others
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to contribute positively in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Sell personal lines insurance policies including home, auto, and life
  • Provide outstanding service to existing and new clients
  • Educate customers on coverage options to meet their needs
  • Proactively follow up on inbound leads and pursue new business
  • Support the team in meeting and exceeding agency goals
