- Active P&C Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License
- Contact prospective clients via telephone, email or mail to develop them as clients with follow-ups as needed
- Updates all client data and client notes on computer CRM system daily
- Prior Allstate Experience knowing how to navigate Gateway is a plus.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

- Identify and act on cross sell opportunities within the current book of business or terminated former clients on a proactive basis
- Solicits, generates quotes and writes all applications for new property and casualty policies.
- Acts as an agent in creating marketing plans for where you will solicit new business and build relationships with key businesspeople.
- Attends agency functions, seminars or training programs as required.
- Be able to work a full work week of 40 hours in office - our office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm in Santa Ana. Can be flexible with hours if needed.
