Requirements
  • Property & Casualty License Required.
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software proficiency. 
  • A team player who is self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 
  • Location in VA, MD, NC a must!
  • Assessment must be filled out or resume will not be looked at for interview.
Responsibilities
  • Build clientele via cold calling, warm leads, referrals, and networking.
  • Create insurance quotes, present sales demos, and cross sell. 
  • Set and achieve sales goals.
  • Issue insurance documentation, counter client objections, and follow up. 
  • Maintain retention through relationships and winbacks.
