High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive service role (preferred).

Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a shop environment.

Valid driver's license.

Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive field.

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services.

Inspect and top off fluid levels (e.g., brake fluid, power steering fluid, coolant).

Check and replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades.

Identify potential issues and recommend additional services to service advisors.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Assist lead technicians as needed.
