• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred, but not required
• Previous insurance or commercial lines experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an insurance license within a required timeframe
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn agency management systems and carrier portals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team

Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued commercial clients, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly.

Assist Account Managers with policy renewals, endorsements, and general account servicing.

Process new business applications and ensure accurate data entry into our agency management system.

Handle client requests for certificates of insurance, binders, and other policy-related documents.

Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to resolve client issues.

Maintain organized client files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
