Job Overview

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Must Obtain Property/Casualty License
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in insurance administration.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is a plus.
  • candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse client base.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
  • Experience in sales administration is beneficial for this position.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to handle various customer scenarios successfully.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure understanding of products and services.
  • Assist in the administration of insurance sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Provide support for telemarketing campaigns as needed.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services when required.
