Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Must Obtain Property/Casualty License
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including data entry and office software.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Process and update customer documents and records accurately
  • Follow up on client requests in a timely manner
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
