Requirements
- Must Obtain Property/Casualty License
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
- Process and update customer documents and records accurately
- Follow up on client requests in a timely manner
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
