Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

• Must obtain Property/Casualty License
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls.
• Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients.
• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully are essential traits for success in this role.
