State Farm Agent seeking a passionate, career-oriented professional to join their team with a desire to make a difference in people�s lives. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance to?help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. This position will also allow you to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Develop?ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
