We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, and no prior insurance experience is required. You will support clients with policy service needs while learning the fundamentals of the insurance industry through hands-on training and mentorship. You will work in a professional office setting with predictable hours, no weekends, and a team that values collaboration and respect.

  • Base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
  • Working knowledge of Excel and general office software
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients by phone, email, and in person with policy questions and service needs
  • Process policy changes such as adding vehicles, updating coverage, and correcting account information
  • Prepare and issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, and policy documents
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency system
  • Provide billing and payment support by explaining statements and payment options
  • Document all service activity clearly and accurately
