We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will sell personal, commercial, and life insurance, working with both existing clients and new leads provided daily. With our 80%+ conversion rate, enhanced commissions, and additional earning opportunities, your potential is substantial. For example, a producer on a $45,000 base salary who sells $75,000 in property/casualty premiums and writes just two life applications per month can easily earn over $100,000 per year. Additionally, we offer team bonuses, year-end incentives, and a strong pathway for career advancement. The first 90 days start with hourly pay, transitioning to salary with strong performance and attendance.

Requirements
  • Active insurance license is required before starting.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an agency office preferred.
  • Long-term mindset—we’re not looking for job hoppers, but people who want a career.
  • Ability to articulate value over price and build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong sales mindset—driven to succeed, eager to learn, and committed to growth.
  • Must be tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems for efficient quoting and sales.
Responsibilities
  • Provide value-focused insurance solutions to clients, not just sell on price.
  • Sell personal, commercial, and life insurance while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Manage and service existing policies, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct insurance reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and strong phone and typing skills.
  • Be punctual, dependable, and committed to exceeding sales goals.
