base salary starts at $35,000 or more depaending on experience

knowledge of proper phone skills

• Answer phones and take notes
• Collect and input client information in the Farmers database for quotes
• Go over coverages and client information to make sure it’s accurate
• Submit policies and issue evidences to lenders as requested
• Call current clients and try to cross sell other insurance products
•  Set appointments
•  Open claims and assist clients with the claims process
• Get client signatures and documents, as required by company
