• A minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines Insurance Experience is Required.
• An Active TN Property & Casualty License or willing to obtain.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette. 
• Basic computer software knowledge including experience with AMS360 or similar software is a plus.

• Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be assisting with policy changes and assisting with audits. 
• With your keen attention to detail, you’ll be reviewing coverages and completing bonds.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in taking payments, updating client information, and issuing insurance documentation. 
• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working to educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
• With your excellent relationship-building talents, you’ll be following up with clients to maintain client retention.
