Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers and responding to incoming leads and referrals. We offer a competitive salary, commission structure, ongoing training, and support to help you succeed in this role. If you are an experienced and target-driven Insurance Sales Representative, we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building and maintaining customer relationships. A Property and Casualty License and insurance experience are a must-have. The base salary for the experienced position is $40,000 Per year with added commission (50% on new business) potential to make up to $80,000+.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 per year

Benefits

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

Unlicensed and inexperienced: $3,000 base salary monthly ($40,000 base salary annually) with 50% commission on new business = up to $60,000 (Licensed obtained within 60 days of hire - will pay 100% of licensing)

Licensed and experienced: $3,000 base salary monthly ($40,000 base salary annually) with 50% commission on new business = up to $80,000+

Will pay for licensing 100%

Requirements
  • Missouri Property and Casualty License. Insurance Sales experience is a Bonus! (Will cover 100% costs of licensing)
  • 1+ years of demonstrated success in sales or related industries.
  • Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Illustrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
Responsibilities
  • Utilize excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the client. Ensure transparency, honesty, and empathy in interactions.
  • Respond to incoming leads and referrals to generate new business
  • Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals. 
  • Address the client’s concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally. 
  • Achieve or surpass sales expectations and objectives established by management.
