Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles.

Demonstrable experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) for business purposes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors to our office, creating a positive first impression.

Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team members and taking accurate messages.

Handle general administrative tasks, including mail distribution, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media channels, aligning with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.

Assist in creating basic marketing materials and collateral.

Help maintain the company's online presence and brand reputation.
