The Opportunity

As the Team Leader, you are responsible for the growth and performance of the Market Center. Your primary focus is recruiting, developing agents, and driving productivity and profitability.

You will directly impact:

  • Agent count and retention
  • Productivity and performance
  • Revenue growth and profitability
  • Culture and standards within the office

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Who You Are

  • A proven leader with a track record of driving growth in sales, business development, or a performance-based environment
  • Results-oriented and highly accountable — you measure success by outcomes, not activity
  • Skilled at influencing, recruiting, and developing people into higher levels of performance
  • Competitive, driven, and energized by hitting and exceeding goals
  • Comfortable setting expectations, having direct conversations, and holding others accountable
  • Operates with a high level of discipline, consistency, and personal ownership

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates from other industries must demonstrate a strong history of sales performance, recruiting, or team leadership with measurable results.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit and attract top real estate talent — consistently identify, engage, and convert high-potential and high-producing agents
  • Drive productivity and performance — coach agents to grow their businesses and increase production
  • Own agent growth through disciplined recruiting activity and conversion — success in this role requires maintaining a high level of recruiting conversations, consistent daily appointments, and achieving defined monthly hiring targets. This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations and accountability tied directly to results.
  • Lead a results-driven culture — set expectations, create accountability, and raise performance standards
  • Partner on financial performance — work directly with ownership to drive profitability and business expansion
