Transaction Coordination Leader – Real Estate Brokerage

A growing and dynamic real estate office with multiple locations is expanding its Transaction Coordination (TC) division into the Sarasota and Englewood area. We are seeking a highly skilled transaction coordinator with strong local real estate experience to oversee and drive the growth of this division.

What You’ll Do

In the early stages, you will play a hands-on role in running the infrastructure of the TC division. Key responsibilities include:

Setting up systems and processes to efficiently support agents and their transactions.

Overseeing transaction checklists, workflow integration, and service offerings.

Collaborating with leadership and administrative staff to implement back-office procedures and operational frameworks.

Launching TC services to in-house real estate professionals and ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients.

Serving as the primary point of contact for new files, customer inquiries, and transaction-related challenges.

As the division grows, your role will can evolve into a leadership and oversight capacity, allowing you to hire, manage, and scale operations.

Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a proven background in real estate transaction coordination (ideally in the Sarasota, or Florida as a minimum), or is experienced in closing management. This person should have a process-driven mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong ability to lead and develop business systems.


Key Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience in real estate, TC, title, or mortgage operations

Deep understanding of the real estate contract-to-close process in Florida

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with exceptional project management abilities

Proactive problem-solver who is calm under pressure

Tech-savvy and comfortable implementing systems and tools

Strong leadership potential, with the ability to train and develop a team over time

Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction

A high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism

Acquire and onboard clients, working closely with leadership to expand the division.

Manage all sales and listing transactions from contract to close, ensuring smooth and efficient closings.


Coordinate all aspects of transaction management, compliance, and client communication.

Maintain organized, well-documented files, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the transaction process.


Establish strong relationships with agents, clients, vendors, and industry partners.

Oversee transaction coordination staff, workflows, and operational efficiency as the division expands.
