Keller Williams Realty, a leader in the real estate industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Market Center Administrator (MCA) to oversee financials for two locations: one in Sarasota, FL, and another in Englewood. This pivotal role ensures the seamless functioning of our Market Centers, supporting our agents and leadership team to drive productivity and profitability.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements::

Background in book keeping or cash accounting required..


Proficiency in bookkeeping and Microsoft Office Suite.


This position requires working on-site at our Sarasota, FL location, with oversight of a remote location in Englewood.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily financial operations across both locations (one on site and the second remotely), ensuring efficiency and adherence to financial standards. Implement and manage systems to drive productivity and profitability.

Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting. Monitor Market Center profitability and align strategies with Keller Williams’

Facility Management: Ensure the professional appearance of all physical facilities. Coordinate maintenance and manage vendor relationships to maintain office equipment and supplies.

Manage risk and maintain the integrity of the Market Centers.

Support the Team Leader in growing the market center.

Provide value to agents that results in a high retention rate.

Assist in planning and delivering training classes.
