Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Who You Are:

• A proven leader with experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
• Highly skilled in building relationships and inspiring others.

• Experience in real estate is a strong plus but not required if you have other industry relates or sales and leadership skills that transfer from another industry.

• Recruit talented agents: Build and execute strategies to attract and retain top-producing and emerging agents.
• Drive agent success: Ensure agents have access to the tools, training, and resources they need to achieve their personal and professional goals.
• Champion growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to meet and exceed financial and agent count goals.
• Lead with vision: Cultivate a positive, growth-oriented culture that encourages collaboration, learning, and success.
• Support profitability: Partner with the Operating Principal to maintain the financial health and operational success of the Market Center.
