Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a recruiting, coaching and or leadership role.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team towards achieving set goals.

Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze business metrics and identify areas for improvement.
