This is an in person executive leadership role based in Fort Mill, SC

Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Requirements

We are seeking a leader who has:

  • Proven leadership experience
  • A track record of recruiting and growing people
  • A real estate license
  • Sales and business acumen
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence
  • High standards, big vision, and personal discipline
  • A desire to build something that outlives them
  • Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; conversations for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems

Responsibilities

As Team Leader (CEO), you are responsible for:

  • Driving growth, profitability, and culture
  • Attracting, developing, and retaining top real estate talent
  • Building leadership capacity across the Market Center
  • Protecting and expanding a high performance environment
  • Creating opportunity for agents and leaders


You will:

  • Attract and develop top-producing real estate agents
  • Lead and empower the Agent Leadership Council (ALC)
  • Coach and consult top agents toward higher production and leverage
  • Implement KW’s proven MREA models and systems
  • Execute big, bold growth strategies
  • Build a culture of standards, accountability, and excellence
  • Create opportunity for others to build wealth and careers
