Required Experience
- Coaching or consulting experience
- Sales and business acumen
- Understanding of MREA models
- Real estate background preferred
- Track record of developing or growing real estate agents
Responsibilities
Your Mission - You are responsible for turning potential into performance.
You will:
- Coach and consult agents to higher production, leverage, and profitability
- Develop agents using MREA models and KW systems
- Identify, attract, and onboard talent
- Create training paths for agents at every stage of growth
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and the ALC
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct coaching & consulting with agents
- Build career growth plans using MREA models
- Train, teach and consult
- Partner with Team Leader on talent attraction
- Identify rising leaders and high-potential agents
- Create a culture of standards, accountability, and growth
