Requirements

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who operates at a high level and takes ownership.

  • Active South Carolina Real Estate License
  • Previous experience in real estate transaction coordination or real estate operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

Preferred

  • Experience with Dotloop, DocuSign, KW Command, MLS systems
  • Background supporting high-producing agents or teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable attending occasional real estate events and building relationships

Responsibilities

You’ll be the operational backbone of real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring every detail is handled flawlessly.

Transaction Coordination

  • Manage the full contract-to-close process for multiple real estate transactions
  • Track deadlines and contingency timelines
  • Maintain compliance and documentation accuracy
  • Communicate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients
  • Anticipate potential issues and solve them proactively

Listing Coordination

  • Prepare listings and gather documentation
  • Input listings into MLS systems
  • Coordinate photography, marketing materials, and launch timelines
  • Communicate directly with sellers and agents

Operations & Client Experience

  • Maintain organized transaction files and systems
  • Deliver exceptional service to agents and their clients
  • Help improve processes and workflows as the company grows
