Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Real Estate Ambassador to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our real estate agency, going door-to-door in local neighborhoods to generate new business opportunities. As a Real Estate Ambassador, your primary goal will be to engage with homeowners, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments for our real estate agents. This position is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working independently.
Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Attend all meetings
- Work Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-7pm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejections.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Reliable transportation to visit neighborhoods and meet scheduling requirements.
- Comfortable with basic technology and data entry

Responsibilities
- Door-to-Door Engagement: Visit residential neighborhoods to initiate conversations with homeowners, introducing them to our agency and the services we offer.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify and schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients who are interested in buying, selling, or learning more about the current market.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with homeowners through genuine, friendly interactions, and represent the agency professionally and respectfully.
- Lead Tracking and Reporting: Record all interactions, follow-up needs, and successful appointments in our CRM system to ensure smooth follow-ups and agent support.
