Your Role as Market Center Tech Trainer:

As the go-to technology expert and educator, you’ll be at the heart of our Market Center’s success, ensuring agents and staff are confident in utilizing tools like Command, KW Connect, and other Keller Williams platforms. Your mission is to foster a culture of learning and innovation, driving productivity and profitability for agents and the Market Center.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development

Lead engaging group and one-on-one training sessions on Keller Williams technology platforms.

Develop user-friendly guides, tutorials, and resources to simplify complex tools for agents and staff.

Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge training.

Technology Support

Provide personalized support to agents and staff, helping them troubleshoot and adopt new tools.

Act as the primary liaison between the Market Center and Keller Williams’ technology support teams.

Track adoption rates and identify opportunities for improved utilization of tools.

Leadership and Strategy

Collaborate with the Market Center leadership team to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Advocate for a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Champion the adoption of technology that enhances agent productivity and client satisfaction.

Agent Engagement

Build strong relationships with agents to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.

Promote the value of Keller Williams technology to empower agents to achieve their business goals.

Equip agents with the skills and knowledge to increase efficiency and grow their businesses.

What You Bring to the Role:

We’re looking for a tech-savvy leader with exceptional teaching and interpersonal skills. Success in this role requires:

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of real estate technology tools, particularly Keller Williams’ Command, KW Connect, and related platforms.

Teaching Excellence: Ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire others to adopt new tools.

Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with transaction management, marketing, and business development.

Problem-Solving Skills: Resourcefulness in troubleshooting technical issues and finding actionable solutions.

Leadership Experience: A proven track record of leading training programs, workshops, or similar initiatives.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities with diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate, technology training, or instructional design.

Hands-on experience with Keller Williams technology platforms is highly desirable.

A background in curriculum development or education is a plus.

A Day in the Life:

Start your day preparing for a group session on using Command for lead generation. Conduct hands-on training, ensuring agents feel confident with the platform. Later, meet with an agent one-on-one to troubleshoot a specific challenge. In the afternoon, collaborate with the leadership team on upcoming initiatives. Wrap up your day refining resources and reviewing feedback to enhance future sessions.
