Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Drive sales by offering a variety of insurance products, including home, auto, and life, to both new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the agency owner to gain insights into agency operations, client management, and effective sales strategies.
Assist clients with policy updates, inquiries, and claims, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Promote agency growth by generating referrals, pursuing new business opportunities, and developing sales leads.
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices to better serve clients and enhance your sales approach.
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to strengthen your skills in sales, client engagement, and agency management.
