Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, connect with clients, and maintain lasting relationships.

Results-Driven: A passion for sales and customer service with a focus on helping clients protect what matters most while achieving sales goals.

Self-Motivated & Organized: Able to manage your time effectively, work independently, and collaborate with the team to drive business growth.

License-Ready: Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (Property and Casualty) within a set timeframe—with full support and guidance provided by Farmers Insurance.


Eager to Learn: Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required. What’s essential is a strong drive to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales-focused role.


Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Build lasting client relationships by identifying their unique insurance needs and delivering personalized coverage solutions.

Drive sales by offering a variety of insurance products, including home, auto, and life, to both new and existing clients.

Collaborate with the agency owner to gain insights into agency operations, client management, and effective sales strategies.


Assist clients with policy updates, inquiries, and claims, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.


Promote agency growth by generating referrals, pursuing new business opportunities, and developing sales leads.


Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices to better serve clients and enhance your sales approach.


Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to strengthen your skills in sales, client engagement, and agency management.
