Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Licensing: Active New York State Insurance License is necessary.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer-Focused: Strong dedication to delivering top-notch client service.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Hybrid Work Environment: Ability to thrive in both remote and in-office settings.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interaction and communication.

Policy Management: Oversee policy renewals, modifications, and updates, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.

Claims Assistance: Assist clients in processing insurance claims, ensuring all required documents are submitted promptly and accurately.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about changes in the insurance industry and advise clients accordingly.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services and products to existing clients.
