We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be our clients’ friendly first point of contact, offering practical solutions and genuine care during everyday questions and life’s most difficult moments.

  • Base salary: $30,000 to $45,000 based on experience

Requirements
  • Positive, client-first communication style in person, by email, and through text
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to engage in local networking events
  • Self-motivated and creative with a strong sense of initiative
  • Willingness to obtain a personal lines and life insurance license (we’ll cover the cost)
  • Desire to contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team
Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls, texts, and emails with warmth and professionalism
  • Welcome walk-in clients and assist with payments or policy updates
  • Explain billing details and rate changes in a clear, client-friendly way (we’ll train you)
  • Support new client onboarding with document collection and account setup
  • Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including PTO tracking and forwarding payroll
