Katie Gale Farmers Insurance is seeking EXPERIENCED, results-driven sales professionals who know how to HUSTLE and DRIVE BUSINESS. If you have a proven track record in sales and thrive in a commission-based environment, we want to talk to you.
Note: This Is NOT an Entry-Level Position.
We're specifically looking for experienced salespeople who:
- Have demonstrated success in a sales environment
- Know how to prospect, close deals, and contribute to agency growth

- Have the drive and determination to exceed targets consistently
Realistic Compensation Structure
- Base salary of $1,500-$2,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Performance-based sliding scale commission structure that rewards top producers
- First-year average earnings: $45,000-$55,000 (base + commission)
- Second-year average earnings: $55,000-$70,000
- Top producers in our office earn $75,000-$85,000 annually
- Compensation directly tied to your sales performance and client retention

Requirements
We Want Candidates Who:
- Have PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE in any industry (insurance experience a plus)
- Demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Show evidence of self-motivation and hustle mentality
- Are comfortable with aggressive prospecting and lead generation
- Have excellent closing skills and negotiation abilities
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Are willing to put in the work necessary to succeed in a commission role
Licensing Requirements
Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (we can provide guidance on the licensing process)
Responsibilities
The Role
As a team member with our agency, you will:
- Aggressively prospect for new clients through lead calling, networking, and referral generation
- Convert leads into sales through persuasive presentation and effective closing techniques
- Contribute to our agency's growth through your sales expertise
- Develop relationships with clients to maximize retention
- Cross-sell and upsell additional policies to existing clients
