Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex insurance concepts.
  • Valid property/casualty insurance license in the state of Oregon.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and milestones.
  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the advantages of our insurance products and educate clients on coverage options.
  • Perform thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate coverage levels and policies.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Promptly and efficiently respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
