• Active Property and Casualty license (required)
• Proven success in insurance sales or client service roles
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Motivated to deliver an exceptional client experience every time
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and follow-up effectively.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Goal-driven with a positive, team-focused attitude
• Proficient in using software and computer systems.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Provide excellent customer experiences to clients.
• Respond to all client inquiries and sales requests in a timely manner.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, internet leads, and networking.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
