• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty or Obtain in 30 Days- General Line Property & Casualty Preferred
• Eligible to obtain Life & Health License

• Provide exceptional Customer Service.
• Coordinates with the Agent to provide assistance in determining proper coverage
• Review renewal business and identify appropriate follow-up action based on degree of change
• Cross-sell/ Up-sell products to existing customers
• Actively solicit expiration dates from new clients and prospects
• Develops an agency relationship with new clients
• Customer service duties as they are presented
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via phone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
