Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Active P&C and/or Life license required
  • A natural communicator who can simplify complex coverage into clear, confident recommendations
  • Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a team-first attitude
  • Someone who takes ownership of their numbers, their clients, and their career
  • Prior insurance sales experience is a plus, but drive and discipline matter more
  • Someone who hates losing more than they love winning.
  • Can explain a complex policy to a 10-year-old.
  • Takes total ownership of their pipeline without being told.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, quote, and close new business across personal lines auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
  • Work warm, company-provided leads so you can focus on selling, not just searching
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, not just sell them once and move on
  • Identify coverage gaps and educate clients on the right solutions for their needs
  • Manage your pipeline with confidence and consistency
  • Collaborate with a supportive team that wants to see you succeed
