Our growing fast-paced insurance office is looking to fill a full-time position. At our agency you will build and develop client relationships within the communities that we serve by promoting our products and the superior customer service of our agency. • Must have Property and Casualty insurance license with the state of Colorado prior to employment.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

• Answer phones, take messages, and respond to voice messages.
• Take payments from clients and apply to appropriate systems.
• Make appointments when necessary for policy reviews, etc.
• Work with clients to solve problems.
• Actively cross and up-sell current clients.
• Gather information from customers to provide them with a quote.
