Sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, or retail sales a plus)
Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
If not currently licensed, licensing support will be provided
Licenses must be obtained within 30 days of hire
Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a strong sales pipeline
Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing
Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend insurance solutions
Sell and cross-sell personal lines products such as Auto, Home, and Life
Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects and consistently follow up on open opportunities
Meet or exceed monthly performance goals in premium, policy count, and Life sales
Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships
