We are looking for a driven, results-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Producer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is motivated by both personal growth and income potential. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, proactively follow up on warm leads, and generate new business by identifying coverage needs and presenting tailored insurance solutions.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
