This role centers on outbound engagement: you'll reach out to pre-qualified leads to offer essential protection solutions for homes, vehicles, and more. It’s fast-paced, rewarding, and supported by a team that values growth, positivity, and accountability.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Your Day-to-Day

• Guide prospective clients through the insurance process with clarity and care

• Follow our proven outreach and consultative sales approach

• Maintain a healthy lead pipeline using CRM tools

• Handle underwriting accuracy and ensure proper documentation

• Stay informed on product updates and compliance

**We will help with licensing requirements

Schedule: M–F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation Range: $60K–$80K annually (Base + Commission + Bonus)
