In this position, your main task will be to boost sales and revenue by effectively marketing our range of insurance products and services to potential customers. Beyond your core sales duties, you'll have the opportunity to closely collaborate with the agency team to grasp the essentials of operating a prosperous insurance agency. This role is tailored to equip you with the necessary expertise and knowledge to smoothly transition into running an agency.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.

Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Licensing Requirement: Must obtain P&C and L&H license within a given timeframe.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
