Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Proven experience in sales, (Property and Casualty required)

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex insurance policies

- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus

- Knowledge of benefits administration is advantageous

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products

- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients and follow up on leads

- Sell various insurance products such as life, health, auto, and home insurance

- Administer benefits packages for clients and assist with claims processing

- Utilize multilingual skills to cater to a diverse client base

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
