Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensing: Obtain required state insurance license within a given timeframe.
  • Experience: Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, client relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities; basic computer proficiency.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, eager to learn, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Connect with Potential Clients: Reach out and maintain contact to uncover their insurance needs and offer the ideal solutions.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Explain policy details, coverage choices, and premiums so clients fully understand their insurance plans.
  • Team Up: Collaborate with your team to brainstorm sales strategies, share best practices, and achieve goals together.
  • Leverage Technology: Use advanced sales tools to manage interactions, track progress, and enhance performance.
