Justin Price Insurance Agency in Jonesville is hiring an Agent in Training/Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Our insurance agency is located in Jonesville, and we provide Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. This is an opportunity for someone who wants a long term career in insurance sales with real upside.

Absolutely not. Our compensation plan is very rewarding. We offer a base salary with uncapped commissions and attractive bonuses.

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $50,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year

Requirements

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a preferred
  • Proven track record of winning
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Intrinsically driven to be successful
