Requirements
Active Property and Casualty License preferred (not required)
1+ year sales experience preferred
Proven background of sales results
Strong communication and objection handling skills
Self motivated, competitive, and goal oriented
Coachable and team focused
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls and follow-up
Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, Business, and Life insurance policies
Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize client value with product coverages
Handle inbound inquiries and warm transfers
Overcome objections and close sales confidently and consistently
Maintain accurate client notes and records in our CRM
Follow up on re-quotes and quotes not chosen
