Customer Service Representative
Job Overview
In office, full time. Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. To be considered for the position the assessment must be completed.
We are looking for an individual able to handle a wide range of administrative and support related tasks. We are growing and looking for an additional team member who will work hard along beside us to meet our office goals.
No prior experience is necessary but licensing will be required upon hire.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Insurance license or ability to obtain license.
- Must be able to clear background check, being bondable and insurable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to prioritize, multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Desire to exceed clients expectations
- High attention to detail.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests accurately and timely.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Electronic and paper file management.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
