This role can be fully remote, fully in-office, or a hybrid arrangement that starts remote and transitions to in-office as we settle into our new location. We’re happy to discuss it at a later time!
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

As a key member of our sales team, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, transforming their needs into tailored protection plans. Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively Engage & Consult: Connect with potential clients to understand their unique life stages and risks, conducting thorough needs analyses to recommend optimal Auto, Home, Life, and other P&C solutions.
Drive Sales Growth: Generate new business through a mix of provided leads, networking, and community outreach, effectively closing sales and hitting personal production goals.
Master the Portfolio: Expertly explain Allstate coverage details, discounts, and benefits, ensuring clients feel confident and informed in their choices.
Build relationship: Build a loyal client portfolio by providing outstanding account management, directly responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and referral rates
Contribute to a Positive Culture: Collaborate with our supportive team to share best practices and contribute to our collective success.
