We are hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Producer to join our fast track Protege Program. Designed to develop high-performing sales professionals into top producers within 3-5 months.

This is not a “learn slowly and hope it works” role. You will be trained, coached, and held accountable to a proven system focused on high activity, strong close rates, and rapid income growth.

You’ll work directly with a hands on agency owner, receive daily coaching, and operate in a structured environment built for production. Not guesswork.

As a Trainee Agent, your main task will be to boost sales and revenue by effectively marketing our range of insurance products and services to potential customers. Beyond your core sales duties, you'll have the opportunity to closely collaborate with the agency team to grasp the essentials of operating a prosperous insurance agency.

This role is tailored to equip you with the necessary expertise and knowledge to smoothly transition into running an agency.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, and referrals
• Quote and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
• Maintain high daily activity (calls, conversations, follow-ups)
• Build rapport quickly and guide clients through coverage decisions
• Follow a structured sales process and script system
• Track pipeline and consistently move prospects toward close
• Participate in daily coaching, call reviews, and training sessions
• Continuously improve close rate, objection handling, and product knowledge

• Employ a diverse mix of strategies including networking, soliciting referrals, and engaging in community outreach.
• Hold thorough consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. Inform clients about the different insurance products and coverage choices available.
• Shadow and learn from an experienced agency owner to gain firsthand experience in all aspects of agency management, including sales, customer service, marketing, and team leadership.
• Assist with client consultations, policy reviews, and insurance assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, acquire new clients, and retain existing business.
• Collaborate with the mentor and agency team to execute marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and networking opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.
